I think more then any other meal, breakfast seems to stay the same for most people. I pretty much have the same shake every morning. Only thing that changes is the fruit in the shake. Went with blueberries today. I like the instant flavored oatmeal in my breakfast shake, more flavor and I need the sugar.
2 scoops protein, 1 cup blueberries, 1 packet instant oatmeal, ice and water, blend.
