Cook with it, add it to your morning coffee, ad it to anything warm that you want a little flavor and "mouth feel" added to.
Eat 2 tablespoons before a workout and watch your energy soar. High level of MCT give bookoo energy. Be careful of eating alt of it right before bed. It can keep you awake.
