            Meat, Fish, Avocado, Nuts, seeds, oils (olive, grapeseed, canola) I buy pure flaxseed and you can add it w/ every meal. Example, pancakes, shakes, salads, etc.

              natty peanut butter mixes well with just about anything brother , chicken ,turkey , veggies , rice , sweet potatoe !
