Tried this stuff out last night and this morning. Its just regular oats with maple flavoring. No sugar or anything. Each serving (half cup) has 30 grams carbs just like the better oats packets. I just add 2 packets of spelnda. Its ok but for me nothing beats the texture of the better oats brand and the packets are so much more convenient then measuring each time.

Nice of you bro but I go through almost a box and a half in a single day. Wouldn't be worth your trip to the post office. haha

Curious - why are you grain free? And how are you liking it?

    2 lbs a day - doesn't sound that bad.

That's about what I go through mon-fri for my meals at work. Grill it up every Sunday.

Just an update, still running this diet and I think I will continue for awhile. I seem to do better on oats as a carb source over rice. The oats are more satisfying and keep you fuller for longer until your next meal compared to rice.

I hear ya bro but Im telling you, onions and ketchup do magical things once the onions are carmalized. it becomes this sour/savory goodness that must be tried!

Little bit of a departure from normal. I can feel my body craving some fat so I decided to listen to it.

10oz salmon, 1 cut up onion, salt and pepper, 2 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp hot sauce.

no oats with this meal. just the fat and protein from the salmon and the carbs from the onion and ketchup.
