    I hear ya bro but the olive oil even a little bit would fuck up my strict meal plan and put fat into a meal i don't want it in. thats why i put seasoning on the shrimp and quick cooked them in a really hot none stick pan. to come as close to pan seared as i could.

    with all seafood in general. not just shellfish.

    of course if i fried them and put fucken chips on them i would prob like it. but that would be junk food. lol

    lol. i cut them in half, let them sit for a bit with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder then quick cooked them in a hot ass none stick pan. flavor was good but the texture of shrimp just gets me every time.

    Ran out of chicken in the middle of a snow storm. Had to settle for fucken seafood. If I never had seafood again it would be to soon. I can deal with lobster, crab, salmon but I just dont love it like everyone else seems to.

    Had to force this shit down my throat, almost lost it a few times. lol
