    I mix my protein powder with a cup of liquid egg whites. I tastes alot like milk without the sugar and fat, plus u get about 25 grams of protein. I like Dymatize cookies and cream + 1 cup of egg whites. It tastes great.

      I love mixing egg whites with mine as well. Makes it creamy and smooth. And as you said extra protein.

        Dairy, especially ice cream and whole milk is pretty much essential if i want to gain weight. ANY kind of weight! I add calories any way i can and something as simple as milk instead of water makes a difference over time. Everyone is different though. For me adding fat calories does nothing to put weight on me but simple carbs plump me right up. Funny story, I had emergency surgery one time like 4 days after a contest and i was laid up for 6 weeks afterwards. During that 6 weeks i got addicted to Ben and Jerrys heath bar crunch and ate a pint daily... FOR 6 weeks! Had i been doing ANYTHING other than lay on the couch Im sure it would have filled me out in a good way but holy shit you should have seen the damage it did to my ass from just laying around in boxer shorts all day!!! WOW...

          I stay lean and full on a high carb high protein very little fat diet.

          Soon as I try to drop carbs and add in fat my muscles deflate and I store fat. My body runs best on carbs and protein.
