    Spicy!

Vine Tomatoes, salt and pepper, balsamic. Simple and fresh.

Kinda on a fruits and veggies kick while I can still get them fresh and good in Chicago before winter kicks in.

I make a side dish all the time off tomatoes, corn, olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper, mix it all up then spoon it over diced avocado.

It's a balance bro. You have to know your body and know how to take off the fat without sacrificing muscle. It's a constant trial and error process. Try something out for a month and if you don't like the results time to switch it up.

What always helps me remember why I'm sacrificing a bit of size for leanness is the fact that at any given time I can pull my shirt off and look like a million bucks. If I were to bulk and put on fat it would eat me alive inside knowing my body is a bit sloppy. I'm super insecure and I would be embarrassed walking around with a bit of pudge. Fuck that.

I bet it's amazing. Unfortunately for me I have to stick to a protein/carb diet with minimal fat. Even healthy fats. My body loves protein and carbs and as soon as I add in even healthy fats like avocado I start to store the fat. Iv'e tried the protein fat diet with minimal carbs and the outcome was horrible. All muscles deflated and stored more fat. It really is crazy how different people can be.

I make up for it though on my cheat day and eat about 100,000 grams of fat. :D

So as you'll see, all I do is eat the same basic shit over and over but I change up the flavorings to make it taste completely different.

Chicken browned in a pan with cooking spray, about a tbsp of taco seasoning and some dried onion mixed in. Topped with some siracha sauce.

And as always.. my main staple aside obviously from boneless/skinless chicken breast in every meal is oatmeal. Iv'e posted the type of oatmeal I live on before but for those who may not have seen it. If your used to regular boring oatmeal.. this is much better stuff. It makes life a lot more enjoyable when you need to choke down oatmeal 5 times a day.

A newer spice for me to use that I really like is McCormick chipotle chilli powder. I first used it in my brisket rub and keep trying to find new places to use it. To really explore use and versatility of vegies get a modern vegetarian cook book and just add pairing flavors to your meat.

I'll give that spice a try next time I'm at store. I love spices cause its so damn simple to really change the taste of a whole dish.

Feel free to post your favorites peeps.

That chicken looks good. I make oats in my rice cooker with craisins and they are delish. :thumb:

This shit is amazing. I cook the chicken in my normal way and then add a tbsp or 2 to the chicken. So good.

I like trader Joe's. The closest one is 45 minutes away right now with light traffic. But they are finally building one about 15 minutes away. I can't wait.
