It's a common misconception that eating healthy means boring, not if you know cooking well and can come up with many great ideas. This thread is bright example of healthy and amazing food.

I will be looking at finding something similar at the weekend. It a all good people posting fancy dishes but for me I'm on my game when eating food I prepped and put in tupperware for the day at work and that type of prep needs to be simple but tasty. Too complicated and I get bored with the regime, too simple and the food itself becomes boring and I end up eating shit in place of.Originally posted by Bouncer View PostMy go to. I was actually going to post that as well. I have a jar of pickled eggs in the fridge all the time. I prefer to eat my boiled eggs this way. Flavored protein bombs!Originally posted by Chadd77 View PostI hate beets but love red beet eggs. Pretty sure that is Pennsylvania dutch. I bet blm has had them before.

Love beets. I mix and bake them with sweet potatoes sometimes a strip or two of crispy turkey bacon for added flavor.

Dinner over the weekend.
Moroccan spice rubbed rack of lamb, mint chimmichuri, falafels w/ white bean yogurt sauce, fresh asparagus salad on spring greens. Washed it down with a local IPA. Everything was fantastic!
