  • In Cali we have Foster Farms instead of Perdue or Tyson. What's interesting is Foster sells 2 types of 10lb bags at Costco. They have the thin sliced breast that they sell for 23.99 or the whole breast that they sell for 19.99. I always buy the cheaper one and just slice it down the middle to cook quicker. (The breast are monsters and take an hour to cook unless you thaw and cut down the middle.) Its slightly less convention then the thin sliced but $4 difference is worth it to me considering I go through 5-6 bags a month. That price difference is basically a free bag of chicken every 5 bags compared to buying the thin sliced.

Yea still chicken, oats, fruit, a dollop of plain Greek yogurt, and some kind of veggie (I'm on a pea kick right now) in every meal.

    • Toast with egg yolks still runny, strawberries, honey and cinnamon. Breakfast of a champ. :D

      • New twist on oatmeal. Pure pumpkin. Super healthy, taste great and just changes up the oatmeal flavor entirely. I put 2 tbsp pumpkin in with 1/3 cup oats and about 3 tbsp honey. Looks like crap in pic but its amazing with honey.

        • Looks good B I may have to try that.

Recently I have been adding small handful of crushed pecans, small handful of raisins, and some almond milk.

            Spicy!

Vine Tomatoes, salt and pepper, balsamic. Simple and fresh.

Kinda on a fruits and veggies kick while I can still get them fresh and good in Chicago before winter kicks in.
