As the weekend approaches, we usually eat bigger size meals. During the week it's mostly grilled chick, turkey burgers for solid proteins and veggies and grains for other nutrients.
Sat my cheat day starts and by Sunday, I'm set with food:pig:
Fri nights dinner was swordfish with some blends of spices she makes, sweet pot and broc. The swordfish was on sale again(not chefs cut)for $14.99 a lb. I got 1.98lbs since that what they both weighed. Some big ass pieces of fishy:D
BTW,
Not sure why anyone would pay $4 more for a chefs cut?! How stupid:retard:I get the process, I get it...But anyone can do the same at home and save a few bucks.
