  • As the weekend approaches, we usually eat bigger size meals. During the week it's mostly grilled chick, turkey burgers for solid proteins and veggies and grains for other nutrients.

    Sat my cheat day starts and by Sunday, I'm set with food:pig:

    Fri nights dinner was swordfish with some blends of spices she makes, sweet pot and broc. The swordfish was on sale again(not chefs cut)for $14.99 a lb. I got 1.98lbs since that what they both weighed. Some big ass pieces of fishy:D


    BTW,

    Not sure why anyone would pay $4 more for a chefs cut?! How stupid:retard:I get the process, I get it...But anyone can do the same at home and save a few bucks.

    • Every weekend pizza is made as a cheat meal for me. I love bread, cheese and especially when toasted together:D I call this tummy heaven:grin:

      • Oats, whey pro natty powder, crans, flax seeds, choc chips and whatever else is needed to make them...moist, soft and only about half left:pig:

                • Baked stuff chicken with artichokes and a bit(thin slice) of mozarella....no oils were needed...also some prosciutto...this time the yuca was baked and tasted even better then the last time. definitely will be eating more yuca...if you can get some, try it with some s&p and trust me, they're good:thumb:

                  • Baked chicken with spices, sauteed kale with coco oil and roasted potatoes. Lately I've been adding rice and potatoes to my meals, really hard to stay away from that and honestly, I do feel fuller when I eat rice or any type of potatoes. However having any other type of carb, doesn't make me feel this way...weird.

                    • This meal was packed with carbs. Woke up next day and I was like:woot:

                      So yuca was made again. Very healthy with tons of good nutrients, just high high in cals, but virtually 0 fat. Nice sweet taste to them. https://g.co/kgs/FUYdH

                      Sauteed kale and bruss sprouts. Basmati rice. Grounded turkey 97/3 on fat ratio. basically made bowls of this and tore it up.

                              • Friday night dinner. Grilled medium rare sirloin with a soft cooked egg, snow peas, baked potatoes with olive oil and Italian seasoning. The steak with egg is awesome. Had 2 steaks.





                                Then on Sunday I had grilled shrimp, snow peas, and corn on the cob.
