Ezekiel bread, 6 eggs 3&3, kale and no dressing. On the eggs I used cayenne pepper and s&p.....when I crave bread, I eat Ezekiel if possible.

Organic chicken, kale with blue cheese stuffed inside and some spices she put on. Roasted potatoes with an Italian all seasoning
