nah i often go to the fish markets with a few mates for the early morning auctions and we bid on boxes of seafood. we got a box of 100 lobster tails for $200 (they were a bit small) and a box of 30 crabs for $300.

The way the auction it off is pretty cool they'll start at say $1000 and work their way down until someone bids so you can normally get a few good bargains.

I post some things on here that are a bit off from a clean diet, but it's to kill the redundancy of things. It's still minimal fat and I'm not really concerned.

At the end of the day, it's all about moderation and also genetics play a role. If you do great cardio and train right, a bit more fat will not Kill you unless you compete IMO.

So I eat about 10 eggs a day, hard boiled or scrambled. This is how I take my hard boiled eggs with me and my lunch. .i cook them and put back in carton.

It's good to see you finally taking diet seriously after all these years.

You've always cared about your body and ate pretty healthy but I feel like you were never willing to take that next step. You would have a chicken and rice meal but wash it down with 4 beers etc.. :D
