Have you taken pics to see progress?
I know I've said this already, but I gotta put mine together...shit is unreal the transformation
Hey no I haven't taken any transformation pics to see progress I think it's too soon. I've been eating good and consistently for just about a week. I'm actually covered up most of the time and just eating how I eat and lifting heavy. Just trying to stay motivated and consistent for 16-20 weeks and then at the end see what I've built. I got some areas Im focusing more on mainly my shoulders and chest/tris to grow. So I guess you can say I'm trying to add on quality mass.
The last pic I have of me is the one I put in the traps thread but that's when I came back from vacation and I was eating a shitty diet and was having beers so I was really bloated there. I guess that's the pic I'll compare myself with when I'm done with this cycle. I also have old pics before I lifted.
