It's like saying why do cardio if you are weight training? Know what I mean? They are both beneficial.
However, if you are someone who holds water in the wrong places I'd probably avoid it. I like to be as full and pumped as possible. Like a bodybuilder 4-6 weeks out. That's the look I'm always aiming for. I don't like the extra dry look of a competition day bodybuilder. I think guys always look best 4 weeks out.

See... it would of been alot easier for the both of us.. if you would of just explained that when I first asked and not act like a brick wall.... you would prolly drive me loco in person... never done creatine more than 3 weeks... monohydrate of course.. might give it another shot!!..

Haha I just didn't get what you were asking bro. Wasn't trying to be a dick.
To me the question was like "why use whey when on AAS". Know what I mean? It's confusing because to me it's like what does steroids have to do with whey? That's all I was saying. Wasn't going out of my way to be an ass.
But yea. Good old creatine monohydrate in your pwo shake is one of the few proven supps. Not many supplements have very much scientific credibility but monohydrate has been studied and proven in hundreds of studies and trials.
