What are your must haves and why? I have been out of the supplement game for awhile and will be coming off for a good 6 months so any suggestions on anything that won't affect hormones please LMK.
My must haves are:
Glutamine/BCAA--4x/day, helps keep me full and recover quickly.
Whey Protein--For middle of the night when I get up to piss.
Multi V/M--2x/day
Vit C--1500mg 2x/day
Vit E--200iu 2x/day
And when can be afforded...
Fish Oil--3gr split into 2x/day
Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM 2x/day
DHEA 1x/day
Preworkout:
Hydrocodone/Acetiminophen 10/325, been taking half lately bc of cardio.
Marijuana usually 2-3 bowls or a blunt if I have time. (This is a must no exceptions for numerous reasons).
