  • What are your "must haves" and why

    What are your must haves and why? I have been out of the supplement game for awhile and will be coming off for a good 6 months so any suggestions on anything that won't affect hormones please LMK.

    My must haves are:
    Glutamine/BCAA--4x/day, helps keep me full and recover quickly.
    Whey Protein--For middle of the night when I get up to piss.
    Multi V/M--2x/day
    Vit C--1500mg 2x/day
    Vit E--200iu 2x/day

    And when can be afforded...

    Fish Oil--3gr split into 2x/day
    Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM 2x/day
    DHEA 1x/day

    Preworkout:
    Hydrocodone/Acetiminophen 10/325, been taking half lately bc of cardio.
    Marijuana usually 2-3 bowls or a blunt if I have time. (This is a must no exceptions for numerous reasons).

    Whey. (Real food does not compare to whey when it comes to PWO, I dont care what anyone says.)

    Fish Oil (For overall health)

    No-Xplode or Jacked for preworkout.

    Creatine for PWO mixed with my whey and grape juice.

    Multi Vit but only taken 3 times a week. Taking a multi like you do 2x's a day is a waste bro.

      Multivitamins 2X per day? Are you concerned about O/Ding on fat-soluble vitamins? I would be.

          Just went and bought Jacked to try preworkout. $30, only 100mg caffeine per scoop (per the boys working at vitamin shoppe) which I like. and just swallowed a scoop the watermelon tastes like shit. We'll see...

            Not in terms of getting that nutrients in ASAP. Especially if you are using slin ghrp etc.. Steak and potatoe has its place but not pwo

                *Flax seed 8 caps a day
                *A solid protein powder - i prefer a blend of slow and fast release rather than whey
                *Creatine

                PWO i dont waste money on that crap a double expresso and a handfull of jelly beans does the job

                            Coffee, pwo mix, isolate after gym. Rarely take anything else, I have in the past and couldn't tell a difference.
