          Shit I'm a bodybuilder. I sold my soul to the devil years ago.

          No bro they are but when you diet hardcore and lift heavy ass weight you get injured. It just happens. The joints don't have the same lubrication and shit happens. Sometimes the pain is like an icepick sticking into my lower back so those little golden nuggets are the only thing that takes the edge off the pain.

            and that right there is the mind making excuses for being a junky.

            what you are doing is not bodybuilding. you are doing the opposite, breaking the body down. it is pure drug abuse and a very slippery slope.

            get out of your current mindset that bodybuilding means abuse or you wont be around for long bro.

            steroids in moderate amounts, healthy training, and healthy dieting is what bodybuilding is. not this fucken shit show that it has turned into.
