No one every seems to be really interested in legs.....If not 2 much trouble all post ya leg routine.

that is what is great about legs is that they grow without a whole bunch of weird movements that it seems that people invented for upperbody.
I use squats, leg presses, stationary lunges, leg curls, stiff-legged deads, and calve raises. pretty standard stuff. Most guys don't talk about legs because you are right they don't train them because it takes a lot of effort to go through a good leg workout. not like working a small ass bicep for a half an hour. LOL

I find that squats and leg presses two very different animals. I usually alternate them as my main exercise every workout. but I love them both equally.Originally posted by D Animal
I usally do squats...leg extestion.....sldl.....rear leg extention....and then my calfs....Someone told me that if I do squats and leg press its like oding the same thing so I stoped doing that....Dunno though.

Same here. Squats hit everything were as leg press hit quads more. I would definatly add the leg presses and drop extentions.Originally posted by stonecold54

leg extensions
2 warm up sets with 1-45 plate (as many sets for a burn)
3 heavy sets of 6-12 reps
Squats
1 warm up set of 15 reps
3 heavy sets of 6-12 reps ( the last 2 sets i go all out trying to hit 20 reps with a heavy weight, at end feel like barfing my lungs out)
Dead Lifts
1 warm up set
3 heavy sets of 6-12 reps
leg curls
3 sets of 6-12 reps
Calves
I train them on other days
