Well, yesterday for the first time i incorporated chin ups into my routine, and all I can say is %$&£. I did 1 set narrow grip with no help, then i used the machine which takes off a bit of your bodyweight: I did 3 wide grip and 2 close grip, with some helped reps in every set. I couldn't even sleep last night because my lats killed so much, can't wait to do this workout again.
For those of you that do these as part of your normal workout routine, do you find they develop your lats really well? Should they be used in conjunction with any other exercises in particular for the lats?
Also, if you do these, how many can you do and how much do you weigh? Don't forget to say whether they are wide grip or narrow grip.
