I love going to the gym and training. I train 5 days a week, and am now considering 6 days a week.
My 5 day a week plan consists of:
Chest/abs
arms/calves
shoulders/abs
back/calves
legs/abs
If I add another day Im thinking I will train either arms or chest.
Is this way to much time in the gym?
