Question concerning leg presses. I see people going all the way down and some people going only partially. Me being a tall guy, 6 feet to be exact, I feel as if it is more difficult for me to go all the way down with my legs being long. I came across this video on Kevin Levrone doing them. Its on 8:10 that he is doing leg presses, but only goes partially.
I cant go all the way down down nor do them partially. I do them as far as I can reach down. Just wanted to know on how low to go without inhibting gains or doing them wrong.
