  • Favorite exercise for each bodypart

So, I'm looking for new exercises for myself and I thought I would utilize all of you. For each muscle what is your favorite exercise. For example, if you did biceps and you like dumbbell hammer curls. I am trying to mix things up, so if you have a complex calisthenic movement as well that would be cool. IE the Burpee, or something similar.

I found it funny that everyone likes incline benching the best. You guys have issues developing your upper chest? hehe. I like decline bb bench the best.

Nothing from our fearless leader? I'm not surprised, I knew he was just a fat world of warcraft player.

Actually, Mr. Smarty Pants- incline chest is a true test of your chest strength.

Really, never knew that. Should you be able to decline more than you incline then?

I've never seen anyone decline less than they can incline, even if you just went incline / flat / decline - the decline would still be stronger for me..

My lower chest is far less developed than my upper chest. Comes from poor training habits when I was like 17. Incline benching was my favorite exercise.

I can easily decline as much as i can incline. The only thing new I can offer is my favorite Bicep exercise is called power rack curls. You set the power rack bars up high in the power rack you grip the upper bar with a reverse grip and rest your forearms on the lower bar (if you have skinny forearms you may need a pad) and just curl your body when that gets too easy hang weight from a belt or chain. I find this to be an excellent bicep exercise and it is good for CNS also since you are moving your whole body.
