Ok in the beach pic, your off the gear, your estrogen/test ratio is probably shifted, you haven't been doing as much cardio and probably not the same intensity of weights.

I'm sure your can turn it round but what are you going to set as your goals, are you doing it natural or juicing, what are you gonna do training wise.

If you started running and cardio you will lose fat I'm sure and it will bring through your muscle, if you take gear then you'll put muscle on aswell.

So tell us roughly what your gona do cos I'm sure youll make improvements you know how to

Goals are just to get lean and see my abs by the time I go to Hawaii, actually I am doing to much cardio bro, I am hooked on to mountain biking I am out riding almost everyday but the problem is I am waaay above my fat burning zone I almost go in to the catabolic zone so I have to bring the intensity down on that because of the biking my food is mostly carbs so I'll change back to mostly protein as long as I go back to 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of my weight I should be OK(I am at 190 right now)
And yes some gear like only 300mg test and 500mg EQ a week and some over the counter orals, should take care everything. :D

you can talk about biking and snowboarding all you want but it has done nothing for your body. fuck that gay shit and get back into the gym bro for fuck sake. you dont look like you have bulked up. you look like you stopped going to the gym and started eating candy cakes.

why did you give up on your body like that? i have no doubt that you can bring yourself back with a good diet and training etc but why let yourself go so bad?

Actually I didn't give up on my body I just switched interest my cardio is better then ever my legs are looking great because of the constant endorphin relaese during and after mountain biking I feel great. Reason I haven't been to the gym is I am beat. I mean I am in the gym because I train people 6 hours a day but as soon as I finish my clients I am out the door up the trails. I know it's hard for u to understand but you have try that biking shit one day you'll get hooked. But no worries I am back in the gym I will post weekly progress reports. :)

Cadio of bowl of doughnuts! Lol you are funny.
Don't let the looks fool you, I did my first cross country mountain bike race last month, it was 12 miles and I finished it in 1 hour and 17 minutes and that put me in 41st place in the field of 150 riders which is pretty bad ass when you consider 90% of the field weighed around 110 lbs skinny bikers. :D but like I said no worries I am already had my second meal of the day and going to lift around noon. :)

When you get it back - how do you think you feel about things then? I'm just curious, I'm doing a lot of backtracking right now - it's a bitch and I won't ever let myself slip again. I know you have a different deal w/your mountain bike n what not - but you can't tell me you don't miss lifting bro :).

Oh no doubt I'll feel great in fact I already do, it's amazing how quickly your muscles respond back I mean I did one half ass chest and back yesterday I am sour as hell but my muscles kept the whole pump I am still pumped from yesterday. I understan how you feel about getting back in shape is a bitch but in my case it's not the same. I don't mean to brag but I've trained and competed most of my life I was 17 when did my first show and 34 when did my last( I'm 36 now) so my body knows exactly what to do and and of course there is that switch in my brain that switches in to the competition mode, for example after my work out yesterday I immediately came home made my post work out shake took my supps prepaired my dinner 2 chicken breast brown rice and steam veggies had my last shake before I went to bed woke up this morning extra early had breakfast prepared my second meal of the day and I just had a protein shake while I was typing this because I am hungry again.
Got to go my client is here I'll continu this later.

yeah - totally different scenarios bro, not trying to make a comparison lol - i never looked that swole in my dreams. I'm just glad to hear that's how you feel - at first it was so fucking depressing heading back into the gym and being so out of it, but I stuck w/my meals stuck with my training and I've lost serious LBs - fuck I could just eat right and sweat/shit out a lb a day - my body hates being overweight at all. My mind isn't to happy about it either :D. Glad you're turning it around bro - I'll show some pics when I've reached my 3rd goal, my weight loss slows down like everyone when you get closer to where your body is comfy - luckily that shit aint happened yet
