            that looks really hard but fun because its so varied, I bet your back is saw after crashing the rugby tackle bags the next day. Yeah I went for a small run the other day, well jog and I was shocked how hard it was given I used to sprint for my school way back

                    Yeah after first couple sessions my body felt like someone beat the crap out of it with a baseball bat but now I am ok, now it actually feels good to tackle and jump, crawl and do all that stuff. :thumup:
