wish you would have updated that thread a little more. talked about your diet etc.. lot of people come here and would find that sort of thing useful.
First couple weeks was the only times that I was doing the old bodybuilding style diet but once I got my body going I just switched my diet to eating pretty much any thing I want but just smaller portions and also I made sure to take in at least gram of protein per pound of my body weight and that is it.
I wish I can claim that I did some special shit to loose 16 pounds in 8 weeks but in reality I didn't do anything that we haven't said on this board about a million times which is eat more protein and control you portions and you'll get to your goal in no time.
