    Arnold used to run round the track for a short while before his workouts, I think I will start treadmill running now before mine since I'm not trying to get stronger just keep muscle and lose fat

      run outside bro - it makes it 10x more enjoyable. Only good thing about treadmills are the ladies next to you (sometimes) :hibb::hibb:
