Your diet is not on if you can’t see your abs bro. In 3 months you should easily be able to see abs if you’re dieting correctly. Why do you want to stay at your current weight? Most likely you will drop some weight due to losing fat.
I have been using that diet i have posted above followed by 1 cheat meal a week.
your going to have to change the way you train since your training natty. also I would focus much more on abs if thats important to you. you should consider doing abs a least 4 days a week = 8 pack.

abs are the least of my worries. I just want to lean down some more, so i can see each individual muscle, striations, and veins.
Everything is still on diet, no cardio or nothing.
I just noticed this sentence you typed a few posts ago.
There's your problem.
Your body has plateaued with diet alone. You need to throw in some cardio, bro. No way to avoid it as a natty.
Also, yiur diet may need some closer examining. What macros are you trying to hit on your regular days? And when you do a cheat day, do you come completely off the rails or do you have some macro goals? Need to get a bit more precise bro- just winging it won't get you results. You need to be aware of how many cals you are putting in your body vs how much you are burning. If you don't run a deficit while keeping protein high, you are not likely to lose fat.

yup that's correct, no cardio, just dieting.
I don't have cheat days. I just have one cheat meal a week. That's usually on either Friday or Saturday night.
I am shooting for 220g of protein a day, 70g of carbs a day, and whatever fats i can get, i estimate about 60g or so.
You're right, i haven't properly sat down and calculated my exact amount of food intake in ways of calories. So far i know that i am burning more calories than i am eating because i am still coming down in weight.
I was 250lbs May 2010, 220lbs November 2010, and now 214lbs yesterday.
Of coarse u have to get rid of the body fat pretty obvious. I'm talking bout having a ripped mid-section. Really bringing out the abs and shrinking waisr size. U really took that out of context
he has no abs because he is to fat. who took it out of context? your telling him to do abs and the simple fact is, the fat fuck has to drop his belly flop. :D
