        Well at the moment I have very little pain and discomfort but my chest does look all jacked up. You can't tell from the pictures but now I have this big gap on my chest. :noo:
        And the discoloration of the arm is almost gone.

                  Yeah left side, bout eight or nine years ago, I was on clen, t3, ephidrine post cycle after over that finished with var and I was flat benching lol, I'm stronger now than then but hardly flat bench now.

                      I would imagine it could be done with some sort of heavy DB fly if you go to deep. But yea seems like mostly flat bench

                        I fly with up to around 110lb, very natural strong movement for me, I'm very careful but no probs, when I flat bench there is an awkwardness, its a short movement but easy to injure from

                            Don't believe it. Your talking more of a fly/press. No way you can do true 110 db flys with anything resembling good form.
