lol you arent doing a fly where you are pulling with your pecs. you are going down in a normal fly motion but then you are doing a variation push pull on the way up.

Well I could be wrong because I never video d myself to check form, but I don't feel as if the angle of my arm bend changes throught the movement until towards the last couple reps

its more about the muscles you engage on the way up. it quickly turns from "pulling" with your pecs to more of a wide press type push.
Only have a tiny bit of pain in certain movements but not bad overall. Chest looks fucked up, got no strength and the right bicep is atrophied a whole lot. :fight:
