I don't even know because I don't do flat, only very occassionally after doing my inclines so strength is down anyway, as soo as I spend much time on flat my lower chest baloons up and I hate the look, makes everything else look outa whack and unathletic, I'd prefer a smaller tight pec anyday and thats what I'm working back to

I like incline DB presses, but I am limited more by getting the DB into position than by actually pressing it.

grasp the dumbbells from the floor, stand up with them, suit them on their sided on your knees, as you sir on the bench, as you rock back into position lift your knees a little and pop the dumbbells towards you upper body, done

That's cuz they're not true flys. I'm pretty sure you know that.

You speak of emotions yet call me a hater.

Im sure you already know that a true fly motion is literally like spreading wings. You bring your arms out wide with a slight bend in the elbows and bring them back in. Check out some of Arnolds old videos or descriptions. He would damn near touch the floor with his knuckles. You're not going to do a strict flys like that with 110lbs.

You clearly have not read the thread before spouting, see above footage of both arnold and dorian, 13 Mr Of titles between them, doing what they call flyes. I will take their word over yours, sorry

Its funny you talk of emotions yet you get all defensive like a little bitch when people critique a video that you clearly put up for comments. Keep making false claims to feel good about yourself ol chap ;)

Not being sarcastic here, but maybe it's a regional type thing? Here, it appears you're doing more of a press movement, by your arm placement through the lift. A true flye would have your elbow slightly bent, but still looking semi-straight out from your side throughout the entire movement. Either way, you look good, you're strong, you're moving weight, and you're working your chest. :weights:

yea i aint haten on the brit, again i do the same damn movement. i think of it as a wide fly press though.

i also do true fly with 35-45lb db's at the end of a chest workout every once in awhile to get that nice stretch and can tell you the move and feel is completely different.

challange for you mr i. grab 40lb db's next time you do chest and do the deep stretch arms out wide slightly bent version and if your honest you will clearly see the difference.

I have to admit Mr I they did not look that bad and I can say that was a pretty good form for the weight you were using I say you are 80% there. :D
So, yes I can call those flyes.
