                Just want to get back to best bro, like you said all the while I was off I lost. Don't plan on mega dosing and don't want to push it too far too quick and get injured. Its not realistic to diet and expect to get stronger. I'm not looking to get heavier either but I'm placing more importance on getting enough nutrition than keeping fat and water down.

                I'd like to get to 405 for six on this exercise, and balance this with further back development etc. once I'm there or about I we'll certainly add more anabolic stuff and lean out. Just want that base strength where out should be

                              then seated machine fly press like a flat bench fly press

                              last excercise cable crossovers bent to 45 and to the mid chest area like a tree hug
