The most I've done on flat bench were 175lbs for a few reps and shit was no joke. But felt good moving the weight in a nice controlled manner. agree with bouncer though, no way you can go super heavy then bring elbows right out to side, and stretch safely. You either do damage or you hold the muscle so stiff for fear of doing so that you don't do FRM.

with the genetics and drugs that guy uses, he would look the same or probably better if he cut the weight in half and used strict form. that guy has ruined his body with his training style. he's to stupid to realize he's made his core massive by his training style.
