      He beast how's the diet going? I don't know about you bro but I'm fucking starving. Eating tons of calories over the holidays must have sped up my metabolism or some shit because I feel like I'm eating a fucken lettuce leaf a day. I'm starving an hour after my meals. Think I should bump cals a bit? I don't wanna lose hard earned muscle.

        Diet is going good but I'm not eating enough. Taking 1cc test, 1cc eq eod and 2iu gh daily making me hungry as hell. All of a sudden work picked up like crazy, booking five six clients in a row without any breaks so things are not going as I planned.

        Weight is going up and down around 200, 205lbs but the workouts are on point. :)

            I do drink couple of shakes a day but it's not enough to make up for the missed meals.

                  By the way I miss at least two or three meals. Remember I have long ass days. I get up at 4am everyday start my first client @ 5am and finish work by 7pm.
                  Between clients and kid pick ups from school life gets very hectic.

                    is this a subtle hint or excuse as to why you will fail? are you going to do WHATEVER IT TAKES?

                    if your missing 3 meals a day how many total meals are you getting in? like 2?

                      Looks like good rehab one off stuff but you won't build and harden on that rep range. Great pump at the time I'm sure and great for here and there

                        Like I said, I start at 5am by noon I have already put in seven hours of work, I have an hour break until 1pm to pick up my daughter from school, then two hour break until pick up her friend @ 3pm which spend eating and running errands, get home by 3:20, drop them off get back to the gym for a workout then have a couple of more clients after.
                        Finish @ 7, get home all beat up. And this is happens everyday.

                        I dare you to do what I do for a week.

                            All good bro just make the results happen. What's the point of mega doses if you don't have time to eat know what I mean? Not talking shit here. Just saying I would want to get the best out of that high dose anabolic window. Your getting defensive for no reason.

                                update? new cycle, diet and training..I'd think you'd be more excited or have more to say about the changes taking place? You still going strong or is this another one of your comebacks that fizzles out as your cravings for cream cakes return to the forefront?
