I've used the shit before on my traps and back. Cant get the shit to go deep enough though. My spasms are fucken deep in the muscle and that machine only hits surface.

Yeah I'm using it for the polar opposite of what you were. I have no muscle response in that shin muscle hardly so I'm pulsing it to keep the muscle there

I'd watch Mr I doing a "better by the day" series. Fella cracks me up.

"Now listen fellas, you gotta get on this inversion chair and the key is while your doing it you gotta force feed on hawthorn berry and hemp oil half gallon."

He's just gotta sprinkle some "God dammit" and "right babe?" in there.

Has your doctor ever brought up a procedure called a nucleoplasty?

I had L5/S1 issues and this fixed my sciatica. Not all specialists conduct this kind of procedure. It is relatively new. It did wonders for me though. Its extremely noninvasive outpatient procedure and i was on my feet the next day doing fine. look it up, not sure if it would help your specific situation...but it really changed my life.

I see, that sounds clever I guess they just shove a big needle in and suck some juice out so the prolapse /bulge goes back in.

It wouldn't work so well on me at my age as the disk doesn't have much water retention in it anyway

                    Aas question?

I've a strong suspicion that either the prolapse /bulge has got worse or a fragment has broken off. Either way a micro diskectomy will be required. MRI next week will help determined.

Q - they will have to bore through muscle to get to the disk. So will gh speed recovery after?

It's worse now? Like compared to a few days ago?

I'd imagine gh would speed up any recovery.

The foot drop is no worse it's the same but the more reading I do and the more case examples I see it looks like it may well need micro surgery. Now when you take an edge off a disk it takes three months to scar over and the scar is always more susceptible to herniation.

But certainly the muscle tissue micro cut would heal faster you'd think, with support

Just by way of update; the orthopedic consultants ar Epsom have met this morning and concluded as a group that I do need an operation. Despite my best efforts for six months for conservative treatment it's just not going to cut it and to avoid possible paralysis it's neccassary to operate. They will be putting me on urgent list. Following the op I'm likely to need two weeks off work and possibly some care.

So that's it, I've tried conservative treatment but now I'm going in
