keep us updated on your progress brother. road to recovery. once the surgery is done everyday will be 1 day closer to feeling like you again. nothing negative about this at all. your doing what it takes to fix a problem. once your finally able to hit it again your body will be primed for results and you'll be mentally refreshed.

^ the thing is, we bodybuilding. The beauty of this is that there are so many different machines that you can work round problems.
Squatting was never a permanent fixture for ne, deadlifting either. I used to ben row 405.
But I can see a back workout of pull downs chest support rows, cable and light t bar, rich pulls maybe
Legs, leg press to 90, hacks to moderate weight. Fixed position shoulder pressing etc so I feel confident that once in action again I can build a good physique and be healthy

I'm dying to but part of the comeback is sorting out the fundamentals first. If I have a disk jammed in my sciatic system it needs taking out.
You must at least know me well enough from my years on here to know that when I'm fit I train hard. I'm no pussy when it comes to hard work

Bro seriously, if you knew the pain I'm in right now, steroids is the last thing on my mind. Maybe I could think about post op recovery but at this time I have a disk fragment jammed into my nerve channel causing partial paralysis to left leg so that's the main focus of the comeback.
I may order in some pharma gh and run 10 iu ed post op to help heal the muscle etc they cut through I guess

I get it bro. I guess where I was going with the question goes back to the chadd injury thread. Remember how we were talking about how coming off everything might not always be the best option. Was just interested if you were still in that sort of mindset or if you were planning coming off completely?Originally posted by Mr I View PostBro seriously, if you knew the pain I'm in right now, steroids is the last thing on my mind. I personally think 10iu of pharma GH is overkill. hell it could possibly cause some kind of unintended issue with nerve and swelling etc.. sort of like the way GH can effect carpel tunnel. 3-4 iu for a long period would have a better outcome in the long run IMO.

Well I'm actually in hospital now getting assessed for the op. Got up this morning and was in alot of pain only able to swing the left leg
It's one thing trying to heal.as natural as possible but when nerves start to get cut off its time for intervention.
Only problem is, because of our useless politicians many of the doctors are on strike so fuck knows how long I'll be here.
Cheers

Just strange because you were making real progress and saying how your pain free. Literally the day you said you were pain free was the day the foot thing started and now it's all worse than ever. Can't make out what the fck is going on. Lol.
