Get a job and we'll take it from there. In the mean time check this out. It's the blood drain from my back to capture released after bleed. I have to walk round with it attached to me
The biggest offense I see in the pic is Flex magazine. :cheese:
For over a decade I've had a disk that has been pressing on my nerve canal, 6 months ago it did so even more then proceeded to herniate. It's now, after alot of work, been operated on and my nerves are freed up.
That right there is come back, from here its about healing and you can be sure ill be committed to rehab.
I'll make you a bet, 1 year from now we both post pics of physique. I'm willing to bet that while I've had an injury, the surgery will have released nerve tissue that will eventually leas to better muscle contraction than ever before.
I think rehab is going to tell you to lose weight. I would be more concerned with self preservation than being big. Your body and your life, but I'm not quite sure a bodybuilding lifestyle and mindset and herniated disks/spinal stenosis are a great mix. You can still look great without being a mass monster.
How many grams of protein have you consumed in the last 24 hours? Chose your answer carefully as I tend to get aggravated when people don't have their priorities in order...
