Did legs today. I can already tell it's gonna be one of those fall onto the toilet days tomorrow. Gonna be sore as hell.
Not really sore from the workout yesterday because the weight used wasn't really sufficient to strain the muscle tissue, just about getting the range back.

Forgot to mention this. Kinda interesting.
So I trained legs as I said but I wasn't sore at all the next day. I know you guys are saying "trained with sissy weights" but I didn't, not with lower body.
You guys think its cause I stayed on AAS and GH? I was fully expecting to be sore as fuck after 4 months of not training at all but I wasn't sore even a tiny bit despite a solid hour leg workout.
I know without doubt I would have been sore as fuck after 4 months natty. Wondering if AAS and GH preserve the muscle so well that it had the effect of no soreness even after such a long period?

Second day of upper body since I returned. Easing into it. 1 day of upper body and 1 day of lower body per week for the first month back.
Was able to go heavier with almost every exercise today by 10-15lbs. As long as there is progress I'm happy.

are you sweating tons bro? i remember you would post how much sweat you'd do. i wonder if it's worse since you've taken so much time off and now all of the BS inside you, is coming through the pores/sweat.
since coming back on, my sweat has gone up even more and now sure how the fuck my body does it. i sweat tons as it is.
