How much weight have you lost so far? I've been off for about 6 weeks and I'm down 5 pounds. I'm guessing I'll loose about 7.

I'm still pushing hard as im on and just eating more... just adding a little bit more oz's to my meals...
When I was on I was 84 kilos was my highest.. I'm at 78 kilos now.. it fluctuates.. sure some of that was water weight, but I been doing more cardio as well.. so I don't look sloppy....
