    My youngest stayed home from school today, so I trained on the back porch.
    Shoulders and Chest
    Seated rear delt flyes 1x20, 3x15
    Seated DB shoulder press 1x15, 3x12
    Incline DB press 1x15, 5x10
    Wide grip bench press 3x15
    BW dips 3x8
    DB shrugs 3x20
    Standing DB side laterals 4x12

    Maybe Arms tomorrow after work.

    It is full on shelf stable Kraft American cheese. Only 4 grams of fat per slice. And eventually as the diet gets stricter, I’ll lose that small slice of heaven on my eggs.
