    Lets see - I dieted down to 122 and am now in my 7th week of 10mg of tbol. Training has been great, cardio is pretty good, and the diet is decent. I usually don't eat enough - but I don't eat terrible. I weighed 133 this morning :eek: and that's the most I've ever weighed. I know that some of it's water - but I've definitely seen a big difference in my body shape/size. My upper body is overpowering my lower though - so I need to work on the sticks. I'm about to stop the cycle, and up the cardio - I "feel" heavy and I'm not sure I'm loving it.

          Best thing I've found is to push myself outside my comfort zone.

          Enter a contest of some kind, a new race, a lifting meet, strongman event, etc...

          Gives me a solid date and goal to work toward.
