Well, 2lbs lost last week... But I dropped to 3rd place!! :( one of the others lost 3lbs, and had a higher starting weight, so her % was higher.
So, there's 3 weeks left- I decided I'm gonna have to pull out all the stops. I startedthe no carb diet with 2 carb meals per week this week. I'm also gonna do 2 a day cardio... 25 min, 3 times a week...for this week.
It's funny- I'm about 3 lbs away from my pre- pre prego self, and my cothes sure dont fit as they did before...

Yeah, it's really weird. Down another 2.5 last week, but my body just doesn't look the same. :( I don't know how long or if it will look anywhere close to before. I'm carrying most of my weight still in the midsection.
I figured it out today- I have to lose another 13lbs in the next 2 weeks. So, I'm no carbing...not even doing a carb meal. And, 1hr- 1 hr 15 min 7 days a week. I think the day before weigh in, I'll maybe take an ex lax, and I'm gonna do the water load trick. I'm hoping that will give me the 13lbs I need. The front runner started 3lbs heavier than me, and I figured she loses another 4lbs. Wish me luck!!!

Ok, now I really pulled down the last 2 weeks- no carbs and a ton of cardio.
I still want to lose another 10 lbs...I was talking w/ Sonis last night and we are sort of stumped on what else to do...I mean, I guess I could really hammer & do 2 a day cardio sessions like 4-5 times a week? I mean, my level of activity was equal to that of show prep, and I still have more to lose. Any suggestions?? What about totaly changing my workouts to be all plyo's & circuit type training? Other than that, we are sort of at a loss..
