My wife has the same issue. The doctor recently told her that if you sleep with a towel wrapped around your neck, it will help (over time) develop some curvature. Not nearly what it should be, but enough to reduce the pain and discomfort. She always has headaches and knotty muscles in the neck/upper shoulders.

Yeah, my PT said to try doing that a little a day, but sleeping like that? I can't even imagine.

CSF surrounds your spinal cord, produced by the choroid plexus in the ventricles located in your brain.
Does GH increase the production of CSF? That would be what you would want to know.

there are the rare few that dont get the sides, maybe 2iu was low enough that you didnt notice. hoping now that you bumped to 3iu it will speed up the process. just like me not really noticing anything until bumping to 5iu.
