Still waiting on your daily diet post. It's a lot easier to help give advice if you layout all your meals for the day. Unless your diet changes each day then I'd say try to keep it consistent every day.
I don't have a daily diet I thought you meant to post one day of eating to give you an idea. But everyday it's always different. Breakfast stays the same, but meals for the rest of the day change up. It can be; chicken, ground turkey, salmon, boneless porkchops, red meat if I have any, asparagus, white rice and sweet potatoes. Carbs are depending what I feel i should eat for my workout of the day. Like yesterday was legs, I had some white rice pre and post workout
I've dropped my test dose to 350mg. I figured that's a good dose to retain muscle mass. Recovery might be slower from workouts but I feel I won't be holding as much water retention with that dose.

water retention in minimal from test if you are running an AI. its your diet or you just haven't lost enough body fat yet.
im on 435mg test and 435mg deca and 40mg ED var with minimal water rentention. its diet, estro control and bodyfat bro.
Disagree B... I look leaner when I'm on a low dose of... The fullness might go away a bit, but that's just me... he ran a high dose of test=holding more water even on an AI dose.. AI is more to control the estrogens..
Low dose of test250-300 mgs and a nice cutter and some proviron he will see some changes in his physique.. he already has the mass... he doesn't need high dose test
