Giving Blood to thin the blood and lower BP?

B, im dealing with very similar issues. Im actually going thru the motions now to find the root cause. Are your ferritin levels high or your iron levels high?

My BP is high as well. Have you had blood work done? If so what are the results? (Sorry if you already posted and i miseed it)
