So, wait can I get this straight? The cops get this demestic dispute call and end up finding coke? Was it just sitting out in the open? Did they search the house/apartment?

hitman the house they bought, was bought in my aunts name that bitch is being cut off without a dime, my aunt got inrto a bad accidennt many yrs back, and got millions on the lawsuit, she is using every penny now to destroy her

Chris, upstate NY, have laws of their own, its how each town sees things, and the are no too far from niagra falls, anyway, its too make an example. It happened way back in Oct, so I would have to call my pops and ask him the entire story again, but when the ploice came, I believe they just entered the premesis and it was in lain view

Governor Rcekerfeller impossed the toughest drug laws in the country upon this state back in the 70's, Ive seen guys get more time for 10lbs of pot than murde

I know ur views are objectionable chris, but when I say sitting in plain view, I mean in the privacy of their own home, they had no reason to enter the house, as it was told to me

evetything was going on outside, she was through a bitch fit

I'm sorry, I don't mean to be an ass. Again I will reitterate the fact that I'm not. To me, I just think, why does he have it in the first place? I'll just keep my opinion to myself from now on. :(

well depending what went on there is a little thing most states have called "search incident to arrest". That is probably how the coppers justified the search....or maybe they asked to speak to her inside so she was out of ear shot of the guy...then saw it? There are lots of possiblities but it all sucks...

was he already sentenced? is his lawyer trying to challenge the legitamcy of the search and seizure? If not, I would I have seen my share of charges thrown out in the courthouse I work at.

Thats what I was thinking, but having the drugs out in the open is a different story, isn't it? Also, I suppose the police have the ability to get the people inside the house so that the dispute doesn't disturb the neighborhood.

Yes coke is an evil fucking thing, I did it for yrs myself, but it was in his own home doing this, not selling it on street corners or to kids, why did he have it, why does anyone have it?

Again, what you think is whart most people think, its ur wording, that hurts the point of what ur trying to get across. ITs too quick to judge and label, instead of looking at it from a wider persepective

They are trying to appeal everything, again this all hit everyone a few nights ago, the initail arrest was a few months back, it was a domestic disturbance call, I dont know why they went in the house when everyone was outsode and all it was was shouting, at a late hr, but its a lil hick town, where they will love to make an example out of you

They are trying everything to appeal this...again the info is sketchy, and Im just trying to remem, ber what happened back then, all I know now is that he has been sentenced
