well depending what went on there is a little thing most states have called "search incident to arrest". That is probably how the coppers justified the search....or maybe they asked to speak to her inside so she was out of ear shot of the guy...then saw it? There are lots of possiblities but it all sucks...Comment

They are trying to appeal everything, again this all hit everyone a few nights ago, the initail arrest was a few months back, it was a domestic disturbance call, I dont know why they went in the house when everyone was outsode and all it was was shouting, at a late hr, but its a lil hick town, where they will love to make an example out of you
