            I don't think I would ever go low on carbs again.....I just become this biggest asshole in the world....if I want to lean out...I would just do more cardio.....being weak from carb depletion sux

                No shit...I've been pissy for 2 days now...and it's not even really low carb...just around 60/day. Imagine if I was in ketosis. Poor Stromba...it's probably as bad as my PMS for him.

                  I know the feeling. Last week, I was in Vegas getting married and having a vacation...and I ate and drank whatever I wanted to in immense quantities. This week, it's been hell getting back into the low-carb groove.

                      Luckily...Clen seems to eliminate the low energy/low sex drive part of the equation on low carbs for me. The stuff makes me a walking hard-on...

                          I felt like that my first time competing, wasn't fun at all.. I only drop my carbs completely at least 3-4 days out, until then I run on enough carbs to ensure I don't go on a statewide manslaughter... :D


                          That amount is usually 20-50g a day, I don't do cardio..


                          Ladies, dress-up in the XXX forum in another, oh, 15 minutes.. :agree:

                                but i am happy because i used to only eat 50grams a day.. now the nutritionist said i can have 20grams a meall...i am so happy ;)
