Rado, as much as we are joking around with you, I think you should also really take some of this stuff to heart. Drop the ego for 1 second and realize that what we are saying is true. Also realize that you can change these things bro. I hate being told what to do or how to change but sometimes others are right. I also have a good sence about how people are in real life as it relates to this board, I think everyone has a feel for it. While you may not be the exact person on this board as you are in "real life", there are some things that do not change. I know for a fact that you are a good guy in real life, but I also know for a fact that you can be obnoxious. Just like im sure everyone on this board can see that I am a good guy but I also have a temper. I can be a real asshole sometimes and down right mean to those that are different then me. I have general sence that I am better then everyone one and I always need to be the Alpha. These are all quilitys that ARE NOT good. Sana has helped me with working on alot of these issues and I am trying to be a better person that I know I can be.. I thought the same before I workout once at a local health club here (see my thread where I got into a aurgument with a worker from my gym). The gym I go to is one of those hardcore gyms, only gym I had been to in the last 4 years. When I did my workout at the health club, I got one of the worst workouts I ever had. It sucked, most of the people weren't doing anything, they acted like it was a social place to be at. sometimes the weights aren't even the same, some dumbbells are little heavier or lighter in some gyms...but yeah, I worked out in Gold's in Venice and it was worlds apart from any other place I've worked out...ideally I'd work out there all the time, which is hard cause I live 3,000 miles awayComment
