they say the soldiers that get hi with an ak round or and M-16 round have tons of damage no matter where they get hit. the bullet tends to partially explode inside the body sending fragments every where. fuck that, you see people all the time with stab and slash wounds that are other wise fine. you never really see anyone walking around that took an ak round to the gut. lol

I knew that happed with the AR round .223 but wasnt sure the 7.62 did that? That is also why i asked if it was FMJ ( full metal jacket) less likley to shatter.

They didn't dissent because they disagreed about it being an individual right, the dissenting opinions hinged on their views regarding states rights to enforce provisions that regulated the right to bear arms.

In other words the majority held that DC was violating the 2A by having such a strict ban on handguns. The minority disagreed and held that even though it was an individual right states should still be able to pass laws restricing ownership or carry.
