Watched it yesterday.

I'm convinced the reason this movie got such good reviews is because even the critics grew up as fanboys of star wars. There is nothing new in this movie. It's the same old star wars. Maybe that's what people want, I dunno, but for me it was uninspired and unoriginal.

It was A New Hope remastered with a different father/son dynamic. It amazes me that people go crazy for Star Wars, and I grew up watching it. It is a hype machine for sure.

The Signal 2014

Whoa. Cool ass sci fi movie. Reminds me of Ex Machina a little. Some great cinematic shots. Pretty cool story and I still have a lot of questions about the movie.

I didn't think I would like this movie. I liked Michael B Jordan in Friday Night Lights, but it seems that early fame went to his head and he was reports to be quite the asshole when filming/promoting the fantastic four (flop).

I am a Rocky fan. 1 is good and 3 or 4 is my favorite. 5 was awful and I think they did some simulation thing a few years ago, it blew.

Creed breathes new life into this great boxing franchise. Sly was good, Jordan was great. Good fight movie. B and I would watch it again.

Great story on the Duke Lacrosse players accused of rape. I remember seeing those guys vilified in the news when the story broke, it was nice to see the entire picture 10 years past.
