I can't do the cover/case thing. All our phones look like engineering perfection and then we slap some crap on it and completely ruin the look.

If you are like me and drop the damn thing all the time, you'd have a cover lol

But I agree, I hate it.

If I'm going out day to day on personal time I don't use them. But when I'm at work I use a cover protect my phone.

Lol. You take it a little far. Samsung multitasking trumps all. I switch a lot and have occasionally flashed ROMs, so while touchwiz isn't ideal, it doesn't bother me that much.

The Google edition m8 is one nice machine. Maybe I'll have one soon.

Bouncer, referring back to cloud storage. With the moto x you get an additional 50GB free on Drive but it's only available for two years.

Is this the cloud based storage by Google you were referring to that you use?

No bro. I'm talking about the automatic free backup that comes standard. So every time I take a pic it's just automatically backed up. Videos, apps, pics, settings, contacts etc. Do you not have this? I don't understand.

No man. And when I look for information on it I can't find shit. Only thing I've ever used for the few things I've stored in cloud is Drive. There is an option for Google+ auto back up that saves photos and videos. I don't use Google+ though.

Maybe it's not an option with my dinosaur. Lol.

BLM, just go to Google+ or Photos and turn on auto backup.

MOTHER FUCKER! Shows how much time I spend messing with my phone. I've always used the Gallery when dealing with photos. Did some reading, found the native Photo app, and bam..found what you were talking about.

Since I've always used my SD card I never paid it any mind.

Well shit. I don't know if its just a nexus thing than? I assumed it was for all android.

This why I never understood why you guys were worried about your hard drive size. Basically on my phone I could wipe the hard drive and reset to factory right this second and as soon as I sign back in with my Google profile every single thing on my phone will be right there. Even the way I have my home screen apps arranged. Every last detail is backed up and at my finger tips instantly.

Actually I just looked at it. It's storing the photos on Drive. Still 15GB limit; if uploaded as full photo. With this phone.
